Title:  Accounting Administrator

Duties:  Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy and conformance to company policy and U.S. GAAP. Prepare monthly management reports, risk analysis, and budget plans including “budget vs. actual” variance reports. Interact with company President and outside CPA firm on a regular basis to ensure payroll and corporate tax returns are properly completed and filed.  

Requirement:  Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting and a minimum of 1 year of experience in performing business analytics, risk analysis, developing budget plans, including “budget vs. actual” variance reports, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements and reports in conformance with U.S. GAAP.   

Hours:  9:00a – 5:00p, 40 hours/week
